Terms

সার্ভিস কেমন? is a free public directory. Nobody can buy a listing or a rank. Submissions are free and go live after moderation. Ratings are user opinion, not verified fact, and not an endorsement. The site is provided as-is.

No gambling, adult, MLM, predatory lending, or phishing links. The operator may remove a listing when needed, usually with a reason, and complaints follow the process below. One live listing per domain.

Privacy

We keep a hashed fingerprint from IP, user-agent, and language only to stop duplicate ratings — we do not store the raw IP in our database. Vercel request logs may still contain raw IPs on their side. No name, phone, or address is required to browse or rate. Optional email on submit is only for the approval note. Hosting is Vercel; the database is Supabase. We do not collect phone numbers, NID, payment cards, location traces, ad cookies, or third-party analytics pixels. Listing logos are fetched on our server and served from our origin, so other sites do not see your IP from this directory.

Ratings are individual opinions. They are not verified claims, endorsements, or an independent finding about quality. Outbound links are third-party. Use your own judgment.

Comments

Comments are individual users' opinions, published after moderation. They are not the operator's view and not a verified finding of fact. They do not affect rank. Write about the business, never a named person. Rules: comment rules.

Complaints & takedown

A business may request (a) a correction of a factual error, (b) a public right of reply after domain-email verification, or (c) removal via contact.

• Factual error about the business — corrected on evidence.
• Opinion about service quality — not removed. That is the site's purpose.
• An unverifiable allegation of criminal conduct — unpublished on request, no evidence required from the business.
• A rating is never deleted on request; it is only voided with evidence of fraud.

We aim to reply within 7 working days. Three distinct reports auto-unpublish a comment pending re-review. Write to hello@servicekemon.com.
