Why this site
In Bangladesh, choosing a service usually means asking a cousin, trusting a Facebook group comment, or believing what a company says about itself. Reviews that do exist often live on the company's own page, where negative ones disappear.
The question remains private: সার্ভিস কেমন? This site puts that question in public. People talk about everyone else's service; the person who actually used it is often unheard. We do not want those reports erased.
What we aim for
A neutral, free, public record of how Bangladeshi websites and services actually perform — built from what users report, not from what companies claim. No account. No paid placement.
How rank works
Place on the list comes from three signals: star ratings, how often people who see a row actually click through, and a fading boost for new listings over fourteen days.
A new listing with a single 5-star rating will not jump to the top. We do not sort by a raw average. A perfect score from two votes would lie. New listings start with a prior, so a couple of stars cannot move the whole board.
No amount of money can change a rank on this site. That is the most important sentence here.

What we do not do
We do not sell rankings. We do not delete negative ratings on request. We do not independently verify every claim a listing makes about itself. Moderation means removing gambling, adult, scam, or phishing links — not raising anyone's name.

Questions
- Who runs Service Kemon?
- Nazmul Ahsan. Rankings cannot be purchased. The site is a free public directory of Bangladeshi services.
- Can a business pay for a higher rank?
- No. No listing, rank, or badge can be paid for. Score comes from ratings, click-through, and recency only.
- How are fake ratings handled?
- One rating per viewer per listing. IP, cookie, and velocity limits apply. Suspicious bursts are flagged for review. Ratings are not deleted on request.
- How do I add my business?
- Submit the listing for free. A moderator reviews it before it goes live. Domain-email verification is optional and does not change rank.
- How do I dispute a rating or comment?
- Use the contact form. Factual errors can be corrected. Opinion about service quality is not removed. Verified owners may reply under a comment after moderation.
