Comments are optional. A rating is one tap. Nothing is published until a moderator approves it, usually within 48 hours.

Write

Your own experience with the business: delivery, price, use, support. Describe the organisation, never a named person.

Do not write

• Anyone's name, or a role word plus a name.
• Accusations of crime. Instead of “they are frauds”, write what happened: “They took payment and did not deliver for three weeks.”
• Abuse, hearsay, URLs, or phone numbers.
